Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes, we ship practically worldwide, but our product is currently made strictly within the states. During the checkout process, you can add the items that you are intrigued about, select your country and add your complete details / address to see several different available shipping options based on your destination. Shipping may increase more than usual, and you may not be eligible for free shipping depending on your destination due to the higher costs to ship internationally. To be eligible for free shipping worldwide, you must order 4 or more shirts. We are sorry for the inconvenience there! We are a small business and hope to allow free shipping to all in the future,
Q: How can I track my order's shipment?
A: We will email you (and text your phone number too if you provide it!) the second tracking is available for your order! On top of that, if you provide your phone number, we will also text you as soon as your package arrives.
Q: How long do I have to wait for my order to ship out, or arrive at my address?
A: Depending on where you live, it varies. If you live within the United States, expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 7 days, and expect to receive tracking information within 3-4 business days (saturday and sunday usually are inoperable days!)
If you live anywhere else besides the United States, your order will have to go through customs and a little adventure before finally making it to your residence. You can expect this to take anywhere from as little as one week to up to four weeks, as it ranges from country to country. You will be given tracking for your product within just a few days though and can watch its progress day by day!
Q: I messed up my order, can I edit it or cancel it?
A: Of course! But, we can only do so as long as your order has not already been shipped out, so act fast. Please go to our CONTACT page, type up your request to either edit or cancel and we can help you out as quickly as possible. If you wait too long, the order may be unavailable for cancellation or further editing.
Q: When will my credit card/payment method be charged?
A: Immediately upon completing your order, you should be charged. No wait!
