We ship all orders from the U.S., U.K., Germany or Czech Republic.
Shipping times vary from country to country, but you should expect all tracking information in no more than 5 business days. If you are having trouble getting your tracking, please contact us at info@garmentsbyme.com.
OUT OF STOCK EXCHANGES:
On the off chance your product is out of stock (we never go out of stock of a color, just individual sizes), we will email you immediately once we recognize we cannot fulfill your order. With this, we provide alternate options, such as ordering a different color to get your correct size, or you can order the same color but in a different size.
IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE US CONTACT INFORMATION SUCH AS AN EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER (we HEAVILY suggest leaving an email address with your information at checkout for convenience) AND YOUR PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL SEND YOU AN ALTERNATE SIZE IN THE COLOR YOU ORDERED. YOU BEAR ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF NOT PROVIDING US A MEANS OF CONTACT FOR THIS. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE RESULT OF THE EXCHANGE FOR A SEPARATE SIZE THAT YOU ORDERED BUT GAVE US NO WAY TO ALERT YOU OF THE PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK, WE CANNOT PROVIDE A RETURN OR REFUND, THIS IS AN EXPECTATION WE HAVE FOR CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE THEIR INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT IN THE EVENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS OCCURS.
Out of stock issues are mainly seen for U.K. orders, this rarely or never happens to orders in Europe (outside of U.K.) or the U.S., so do not be alarmed! This is an unlikely scenario, but in the event it happens, we require by our policy you have given us information to receive the best quality service. If we cannot contact you, you force yourself to be unaware of your order’s progress and any changes that may have to be made.
